POSITIVE OUTLOOK FOR 2024!
Various news outlets and Real Estate publications are of the opinion 2024 will be a much better housing market in the GTA. Interest rates are supposed to come down, and sales and prices are to rise. Interest rates have already come down in the United States and I hope the Canadian government follows suit.
